Our Return Policy:We stand behind the products we carry. We guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase you make at The Prospector with our risk-free guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise within 90 days of purchase, we will make it right. The Prospector Outfitters guarantees all of our products to meet client expectations for 90 days from the date of purchase. Products older than 90 days may be subject to the manufacturers’ warranty and judgment. Proof of purchase will establish when the product was purchased. Without valid proof of purchase, you may either exchange the item for a replacement or receive store credit. For ease of returns, be sure to sign up as a Prospector Select Client. Your purchases will be logged in our computer to make exchanges and returns easier for you. With proof of purchase, any new item can be exchanged or returned for a full refund in the form of original payment. Valid ID may be required to process your return. We sell only quality products from vendors who stand behind their merchandise, but sometimes there can be a problem. Often our vendors will have a longer warranty period and may require that you contact them directly. If you have any questions, please give us a call. How to Use Your Select Client Dividend Online:Proceed to checkout as you normally would and enter your select client number and dollar amount in the NOTES section. Your dividend amount will be confirmed and subtracted from the total in our order department before we bill your credit card. You must spend your dividend entirely on one purchase. |
