To use your Spring 2010 Dividend, please enter your select client number and dollar amount in the NOTES section when you reach the Order Notes Page .

Your dividend amount will be confirmed and subtracted from the total in our order department before we bill your credit card. You must spend your dividend entirely on one purchase.
