The Grundens Clipper 3/4 length jacket is made of cotton twill base material and coated with a specially formulated PVC that resists oil and remains flexible in extremely cold temperatures. Has built-in neoprene cuffs that keep the water out, double secure storm flap, attached hood, covered snaps, and the full cape sleeve designed for maxiumum freedom of movement.
